What are the basic things you perform during a Vacant house check?

 

Vacant Property Watch is one of our most sought-after services. We visit your home twice a week and after any major storm. Our service includes bringing in mail, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, and more. We inspect the exterior of the property, ensure all HVAC systems are functioning at the desired temperatures, check for water leaks, verify sump-pump operation, rotate lights, secure all doors and windows, test your generator if applicable, and inspect plumbing. After each visit, you'll receive a text with photos documenting our activities that day.

What happens if you spot trouble?

 We are your "Boots on the Ground." 

Already at your home, we are prepared to handle any unforeseen problems or emergencies. Our experience as contractors, combined with our detailed knowledge of your home's systems, makes us far better equipped to address issues without waiting for third-party assistance. With the necessary tools, trucks, equipment, manpower, and expertise, we can resolve problems on the spot. 

We have a house alarm, Do you respond if it goes off?

 Yes, clients provide us with either a guest code or full control over their security system, we are the first to respond. We maintain professional relationships with local police and fire departments, who recognize and appreciate our services. When necessary, we handle the registration of your home with the police and introduce ourselves to your neighbors, who often alert us if they notice any issues. 

Can I leave you a punch-list of items to repair, remove or upgrade?

 Yes, another benefit of our services is that we handle everything from simple tasks to more complex projects. We welcome your list of items needing fixing, painting, cleaning, upgrading, and more. Our in-house teams are all full-time professionals who can complete projects while you're away. Additionally, we can serve as your point person for other jobs that you may have in queue.

Are you properly licensed, registered & insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded and insured over and above the state's minimum requirements and present this information upon your first consultation with us. 

Can you provide references to contact?

Yes, we encourage you to reach out to other local clients / neighbors and discuss what services we're providing them. We only ask you respectfully keep all of our clients private as one would expect in return.
